They filter out the junk and offer only top quality. Furthermore, the service from both Ali and David was fantastic. They knew all about the bedding materials and construction. High quality advise and support without rushing me to make my decision. Even after the sale they were helpful in aftermarket customer care. And I still love my bed! We are very happy with our sleep sofa, it's comfortable to sit on and when we need to use it as a guest bed it's easy to open and very comfortable to sleep on. There's no bar in the middle and it feels great!
Great company to buy furniture from. Had an issue with the wrong nightstand from the manufacturer and they had a new one sent out within a few days. Ali and David were quick to respond with any questions I had about the products I bought. Would definitely buy from them again.
Perfect sleeper for a studio apartment. The sleeper is comfortable and after looking around for some time this was it. Well built and even though cost a little more it will last a very long time. We didn't want something with a sagging mattress as this was to be used every night. Tremendous support, a real bed in a convenient couch ....We were very glad we found this home furnishing store.
We ordered a dining room table that was made to order from our honeymoon, and Ali was super responsive, giving us an immediate quote and timing for when we needed to order in order to receive it by Christmas, all via email on Sunday when they were closed. Then they gave us a clear date and 2 hour window for delivery, which they stuck to and we got a heads up when the delivery was on its way with an even narrower window. The delivery men set everything up and showed me how to adjust the table when we wanted to add a leaf, etc. so I didn't have to lift a finger. Literally one of the smoothest major purchases I've ever made.
