Great place to go for furniture at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and outgoing. Highly recommend getting any warranty or protection plan. Although the price is good, the quality isn’t top notch. But then again, you get what you pay for. Would recommend to anyone who isn’t trying to break the bank, but wants decent furniture that will last.
Bought a pretty nice table here. Was delivered with a scratch. Called and manager agreed to give me a new one which is scheduled for deliver tomorrow. Good customer service here. Same day I made a purchase from Shawn at Jennifer in the same plaza. Never got the furniture or a refund. Shawn is a terrible human being. If you’re in the Paramus area definitely stick with Bob’s and stay away from Jennifer convertible.
Stopped by on our way to floor & decor to simply browse for options on a bedroom set, and was greeted at the door by Grant. Great guy (ol' school customer service). Really knows how to visualize what a customer needs and extremely knowledgeable and honest (a straight shooter). I wound up walking out with the bedroom set that met my needs, and a great shopping experience. If you go there 2 things for a worry free experience : go see grant, and get the protection plan and you just can't go wrong....
I was very impressed with the 2 young men who came out at 6am on a snowy morning. We knew they were coming early, as we had a large order and were called 2 days prior. We live in a complex where you have to walk back pretty far to get to us. No complaints from these Gentlemen. They left the boxes outside so that none of the snow came inside. They explained how to use our new adjustable bed perfectly. We have used Bobs numerous times before and we will continue to use them. I'm impressed with the people who work and represent Bobs, and I love their furniture! I give them 10 Stars! I adore my new bed and set. Contemporary and beautiful.
Vito was a absolutely a dream to work with. He took his time to show us furniture and helped measure to ensure that the furniture would fit in the home. He paid close attention to our needs and wants as well detail. Most importantly he gave us the liberty to make our on choice of furniture and there was not any kind of pressure in selecting the furniture. Will return again to Bobs for another wonderful shopping experience. Me and my husband was very pleased. Thanks again Vito!!
