I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jeni who works at this location. As soon as my husband and I walked through the doors she welcomed us with a warm smile and immediate assistance in what we were looking for. I felt as if we were long lost friends as she provided a very personal touch to her assistance with us and offered advice and guidance About our selections. Every time I go into the store I call ahead to make sure she is working so I can have her help us. The list goes on and on!
My family was looking for a new couch, and JENI was beyond helpful. We were deciding on a smaller one that fit in our budget, but JENI showed us multiple options and got us a much larger couch that exceeded anything we thought we could get. Her politeness, patience and professional demeanor was superb. She wasn’t pushy or disrespectful about our tight budget. She saved us so much the warranty was basically free. She also got us instantly approved for finance and a speedy delivery(so quick we had to opt for an additional day to get rid of old couches).

The person that helped us make our purchase was EXCELLENT! His name is Al Celente. He helped us feel very comfortable especially since we were there with my 9yr old and 5yr old. We purchased a sofa and a mattress which sometimes with so many choices its hard to do. AL was amazing at helping me narrow down all the sofas I liked to one I Loved. And with the mattress he took his time and had my husband and I lay down on a few mattress until he knew for sure we were happy with our choice. AL was patient, informative, and polite. Even my 9yr old said when we walked out "Mommy that was nicest sales rep ever!" By the way the check out cashier Denise was an absolute pleasure. Our experience was Amazing from start to finish.
First time purchasing at Ashley Furniture and the experience was awesome and hassle free. Stephanie provided friendly, stellar customer service. She is very knowledgeable about the products and was able to walk us through the styles that were suitable for our taste and functionality needed. She listened to how we planned on using the pieces that we were contemplating for the room and helped layout how the pieces could be placed. When it was time to pay she presented various options and was patient while we took the time to decide what would work best within our budget. She explained the delivery process in detail so we know what to expect and what we should do before the delivery people leave. I would definitely recommend her as the person to see at Ashley and I would definitely recommend Ashley as the place for furniture.
