I took out a starter check that my bank issued me. THEY DON'T TAKE STARTER CHECKS.
With November 8 just two days away, I was called and told that my piece of furniture is now out of stock and won’t be available til the end of the month. Shaquina explained to me why my furniture was given away which I️ understand, however strongly disagree with.
If the piece of furniture was truly MINE, and we didn’t want to risk damaging OUR furniture back in October, it turns out it was never really OURS.
I asked if I could pay with my TD bank account, with the debit card in hand, and a receipt in my e--mail I was told THAT I COULD NOT MAKE A PAYMENT!! I had the furniture delivered, ready to pay, and they wouldn't take my money unless I had a bill.
Narrow down the options
Again, I want to stress how kind and understanding both Alex, my sales person and Shaquana, the manager were. However, i’m unhappy that I was given incorrect message about the delivery and transportation of MY furniture.
Just placed an order today at the Rt 17 north location in Paramus, NJ Decisions, decisions! Ohhh, the selection. We liked so many designs that worked with our space we had a tough time choosing. We looked the first day, and returned the next to order our new beautiful reclining couch. Roger was our sales person who we can't say enough good things about! Helpful, friendly, patient and knowledge about the various styles, manufacturers, etc. We can't wait for our delivery. Photo to follow. I was in the market for a dining table set I stopped at their store in Paramus Gaith Shashati made it all happen.

To top it all off, their TD automatic bill payment that should have taken 2 minutes took almost 20 due to the poor interface. And go figure, after I dealt with this nonsense, I opened my mailbox and the bill arrived. If this stupid fireplace I bought was real, I WOULD LET IT BURN IN MY FIRE.
Ahmad was incredibly helpful. He offered us great suggestions on spacing, function, and flow. He was never pushy and he was incredibly patient as we discussed our options. The protection plans are well worth the investment to protect our purchases. We ended up purchasing both living room furniture as well as a new mattress. Thanks, Ahmad!

This is a great place to purchase your furniture from they have items for any price range and a friendly staff to match. The customer service is great. When you call you get a live person with no going through prompts first
had a beautiful table delivered to me assembled within 3 days I had a dinner party on it that same night.
THE RECEPTIONIST ALSO ASKED ME WHAT MY DELIVERY DATE IS. How would a receptionist not have access to this information.
Two deliveries were attempted in early October, but as expected the delivery windows did not meet our available times, which I completely understand. The manager (forgot his name) suggested that I stop trying to deliver MY piece because MY piece risks damage each time it’s brought on and off of a truck. He suggested that I wait until November, so I can get MY piece in good condition.
**Update December 23rd, 2017** The only two stars is because the piece of furniture is beautiful and is currently working well. Delivery was Saturday 11/25/17. In an effort to put this nightmare to rest, I was proactive and went to the store to pay the balance (on 11/27/17) and be done with Raymour forever.
Very upset customer. Ordered furniture September 25th and due to busy work schedule, could not take furniture delivery until November 8 (my wife and I️ are teachers).
