I purchased a sofa an year ago, but a leg is broken.
When opening the leg supporting area, it's been supported with two wooden plate , stapled.
If I could give them any less star, I would. I recently purchased a bed from them. I was told, they have the item in-stock and ready to be delivered. instead, they delivered another bed that was ugly and different. please watch out for their cancellation policy. once you purchase their furniture. no matter what the reason is for your return or if you refuse the delivery because it was wrong item, they take 40 percent of your money. They told me go do whatever you want. I feel sorry for all their future customer.
The leg was broken because the staples were broken.
I bought a nice bedroom and was delivered in 3 days , it looks amazing.
They insisted it's my fault, and I should pay $150 for fixing it.
