Terrible customer service at this location
I wish I could give this review no stars. The amount of disrespect I got when I walked into this store was disgusting. I understand they were busy...fine. They had a line to wait to request a size.. fine. But I stood in the line and they kept skipping me and helping someone else behind me (as associates literally pushed through me and other to get to the back of the store; without an excuse me or anything) . When they FINALLY helped me the second I asked if they had a certain style, the woman did not even let the words escape my mouth before she snapped at me. NO! I asked for a different style along with other people. She came out with other peoples shoes, fine.. I waited. But then she took a request from other people. She put 3 people in front of me all to make me wait just to tell me they did not have my size. I nicely asked if they had the next size up and she snapped again telling me NO. After she had been rude to me several times, I put down the shoe and just left. I WILL NEVER RETURN BACK TO THIS STORE.
