Last time I come to this store. Store employees are very unprofessional. Will keep customers at the wrong end of the line waiting without saying a word. The clothing is cheaply made, the quality isn't great which is I don't purchase anymore from Charlotte russ. I do like their sandals though. One of my returns wasn't mine, so when I asked the employee for separate receipts, she dismissed me. I actually had to raise my voice a little to help her understand two receipts were needed. I'm so sick of their attitude everytime I go this store, the manager with the short black hair is worse. This will be that last time I offer my services to the company.
Good clothes selections for young and mature women but need to check if the garment is broken, skipped or missing stitches before purchase.
