Great collection
I've always loved Sketchers shoes. But my experience at this shop was AWFUL!!! My friend tried to purchase a pair of shoes from this shop, but since her English wasn't very good, the shop assistant (who claimed herself to be "Anna" but maybe she lied) were being very nasty. We were the first customer in shop and we wanted to try one pair in 6, but we waited 15 minutes for her to help other customers before turning to us and telling us that she didn't have 6 in stock. And when placing the order, she told me I couldn't use my Sketcher's points because she's placing order online! I don't understand the logic behind this. What's more, she's so unprofessional and unfriendly with us that she randomly placed the order. It was a wrong order... If she's still in the shop, I will never go to Sketchers in Westfield mall anymore.
