Very dissatisfied. Filled out an application & they wouldn't process it because a friend of one of the volunteers was interested in the same animal but didn't show up to see it & postponed... they expected me to sit around waiting for this person to come in & decide before they would process my application. I find this very inappropriate & withdrew my application. I hope this person gives it a home otherwise poor thing might spend Christmas in a cage. Hope you're proud of yourselves...
Placed an online order which was supposed to be ready in an hour for pickup. After waiting almost 3 hours with no e-mail stating the item was ready for pick up I went to the store to ask about my order. Cashier called for somebody named Ronnie (female) who I assumed to be the manager on duty. She asks for my order number and says it's being pulled.... sounds good. She arrives with the product and places it on the cashier's belt and tells him to bag it even though the cashier was helping someone else and the bags were directly next to her. I guess she wanted to establish that she was in charge. Then she proceeds to reprimand me for going to the store without a second confirmation e-mail that the items were ready for pickup. If I place an order that says will be ready in an hour, and I arrive to pick it up three hours later and it's still not ready... an apology would have been nice. Instead she opted to go the attitude route... so I went the online review route. I guess we're even.
Just left there from having my little Milo groomed by Danielle P and it went well. We have taken him to other PetSmart's and have been called right back because our "vicious" shitzu would not let them finish. THANK U Danielle P for making it through, I don't know how you did it but we'll DEFINITELY be going back to you, for the express ;-)

it was ok, pet smarts should be bright and happy. they are all dark the only bright thing are toys fish tanks and customer who bring in their pets. Cat adoption center was very clean a boit small, but kept very clean.
