About a week ago I took my puppy and they were very nice. What I don't like is that I have to wait a long period of time in order for the doctor to check my puppy out. They were very gentle with her and I guess they were renewing the place cause the floor was taken off. Other than that the nurses and the doctor gave me lots of information. They also have a plan for about $35 dollars each month and it covers her shots and visits
I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FIRST OFF I RAN BACK AND FORTH FROM HERE TO SEACAUCUS, NANCY GAVE ME EXPIRED MEDS FOR MY DOG THEN GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR A REFUND, SHE HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AS WELL AS COMMUNICATION SKILLS I'M SURPRISED SHE HAS A JOB !!!

Great vets and great techs that work there. But! Every time I tried to make an appointment it was always 3-4 weeks later. Their management sucks and the place is def understaffed. Do not get the wellness plan.
Extremely rude!! The receptionist discussed there problems about other customers in front of me when I can clearly see there poor behavior while I'm waiting. If you dont like your Job and dont like working in customer service you sholdnt. Told my girl friend to dont come back to paramus and try Seacaucus instead.
