Amazing customer service highly recommended. The Zales in the Garden State Plaza is closed and it's time for Google to fix this error so that this Zales comes up first when searching. I'm a librarian and disappointed by Google being so slow on the take.

warranty, when I got to store I was informed that my purchase history could not be found, and I would have to pay for the replacement. Under no circumstances would I do that, Zales could have accepted some responsibility for how the prong broke. Will be contacting the corporate office since the supervisor at the store felt it was beneath her to speak with me. I hope they treat all their customers like that? So much for Bay Plaza in the Bronx. Thanks for the excellent customer service.
