Took my watch here for a simple battery change. They broke the crown, then spent 2 hours trying to fix it before acting like it was my fault. It has now been over 7 weeks and the watch is still not back. No one calls to let you know the status and when you call and get a canned "it will take another 10 business days" and every time you query that response on the next call you get a "I don't know who gave you that information but it was false". Rude in the store, on the phone and do not give a damn about their customers. I would never shop here and look forward to getting my watch back so I never have to go back. If it ever comes back.
I recommend this store. The manager Ewa and the staff are amazing and helpful. Great and a lot of choices of jewelry. Two thumbs up.
Jennifer helped me from another location. She told me to go to this location because they had more options. Im so glad we did. They made sure we got what we wanted and stayed 30 mins after they closed. Thank you so much
Beautiful open heart necklace
I must say this is the most prestigious Kay Jewerly store I’ve visited. Names are important so I must give credit where credit is deserved (Angela, Jennifer, Urszula and Ewa) exceeded all expectations. I first came to purchase a necklace for my girlfriend and they made not only an excellent recommendation however provided me a discount as well. My girlfriend now my fiancée and I were ring shopping and I saw the most amazing ring that was pricy however worth every cent. I was never pressured to buy anything instead I was educated on the difference between the brands. I am now back to purchase a watch for myself and for my fiancée as a Christmas gift. These women work hard for your business. They will find every discount possible to apply to your purchase to ensure you get the best deal. I can’t say enough good things. Make the right choice and at least come and visit versus making a purchase elsewhere. :)
