Excellent condition.
I went into pay my bill I purchase from macy's store. the cashier was busy and asked other sales rep. to help me. when she checked my account, she told me I can't make a payment because my card is macy's American express. I told her I made payments at the store without any problem and she kept telling me that because its not macy's purchase, and bill is for American express. I told her she is not making any sense and the purchase was made in the macy's store. I asked for another sales rep. to help me because she doesn't know what she is talking about. when the other sales rep came, she was putting the blame on me, telling him I'm not making any sense. which I was and she wasn't. I am a macy's member since 1999. now I'm better off buying from different store or online.

I love this store. They always have good stock and good prices as well. I can’t help but go here often. Price check on many locations.
This is a big store with a big selection. The store has clothes, shoes, watches, jewelry, appliances and more. The place is clean and staff is helpful when you can find them. The only downside is that you have to battle mall traffic to go here.
I have had worst shopping at GSP macy’s today. When we arrived macys , we asked some information about hats to one staff who was around there.she was so rude when she was answering to me.and then i bought northwest hat on the second floor. There was a cashier so angry and rude at us. Her face was soo angry and she was too mean to us. I couldnt know where can i go and complain that women . Finally ,Gsp macys personel made us so upset today, i never go there again
