Worst experience ever with a customer service rep! Worst customer service ever. Called customer service for help on my century 21 card because I never received an actual card & they put my card on hold for $16 and the lady that I was speaking with kept talking over me and even hung up the phone when I asked to speak with a supervisor. WOULD NEVER SHOP AT ANY CENTRY 21 EVER AGAIN!
Staff was really good and helpful, they went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed.
love all the stores. This center has come a long way. Century 21 is one of my favorite stores here. Old Navy is right up there as well. Lots of eateries make this a nicely balanced mall.
There are also many other great stores in this center
Bonus it is located in no so you save on taxes
The century 21 department store in Bergen center is probably the best location of the department store chain i have had a lot of luck getting suits and other dress clothes here especially ties
