Great Manager by the name of Chuck who has the patience of a saint ! Was there 3 days in a row this week and asking a zillion questions and he offered me options I didnt realize were available for delivery of large pieces.
Good selection, varies often. At certain times long lines. Courteous staff.

This survey has to do with the Paramus NJ store . I was looking for Xmas merchandise it was hard to find . I finally found it , it was in back of the store all over the place . This I call poor merchandising. This seasonal merchandise should be in front of the store so it can sell quick. It should convenient for the consumer.
Cant say enough good things about this Paramus Store, its manager Chuck and his friendly always helpful staff. Also store very organized and clean.
Lucky for Chuck my bank account doesnt afford me to be there daily or I would be. I was a real PITA with all my questions and requested help but what ever Chuck was working on he just stopped and assisted me with all of my numerous requests.
Frankie he works on the floor and in the back was the most helpful person I could ever meet!!! He was not allowed to except my tip and I was disappointed. He did so much hard work for me by carrying my mirror to the car! Very friendly!!!

Great store with daily new selections.
You never know what you will find there but the prices are affordable and they’re different unique styles. I just don’t like how packed it is with merchandise. Hardly any place to move comfortably with the cart.
All staff extremely pleasant and helpful.
