I’ve been to this store a few times because its the closest location to my house. In general I have had veyr bad experiences with some of the employees. I believe they are not truely trained how to have positive customer relationships.. If a customer care comes in and asks technically a general question, I do believe any rep should be able to answer a common question. Speaking with attitude and giving false information is not the way to make a long time Apple supporter happy. I work in the customer service world and never not once have I ever made a customer fee like they are an “IDIOT” .. thankfully a manager heard what was going on and took care of the situation. Honestly most (not all) techs do not understand customer satisfaction service in any way whatsoever and should really have training.. Apple has some of the best electronics out there and have people with such bad attitudesb and these are the people that are supposed to be representing a good company!l?? Sorry but I spend too much money on all their products to have this type of service is not acceptable!
Can you believe this giant corporation asked the small independent coffee kiosk in front of their store for a discount on coffee for their customers waiting in line for the new over-hyped iPhone X. They seriously couldn't pay full price to help this small business which had just recently opened? Apple should be ashamed of themselves, just another example of corporate greed. Instead they supplied their "valued" customers with inferior coffee from a lousy chain.
I know this is a review for the apple store itself but one technical support guy Garrett I wanted to say was EXCELLENT! he was super friendly & most importantly very knowledgeable. Thanks to his guidance I was very satisfied with the result of solution to my issues. Plus we had a fun conversation along with another associate. My time with Nick was short but he was nice as well.
Just wanted to say what a great experience Ari Gungormez made my visit to this store. He took the time & (patience) that others didn't to make my visit a success. Great employee !!
Very good service, fresh air even the store has big crowds. They provide free internet within the Apple store for you to shop. They let you play around with their new products without bothering you. They even let you charge the phone while you in the store. I will always come here for their products and repair. Everyone here is so nice that makes me want to shop here again and again.
