Busy store, but surprisingly, the staff don't seem or act overwhelmed. They're attentive and more than willing to help you with your prospective purchases. Larger store with a wonderful selection of both PINK and VS products!
Went last weekend and had an awesome experience. Anastasia in the fitting rooms is amazing. She was so helpful and took her time telling me about each style and explained how the fit should feel. She probably helped me for a good 30 mins+ and never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable at all. On the contrary, I felt very comfortable telling her my issues with my current bras and thanks to her I found the perfect fit and left the store a very happy customer!
I visited this store to buy a white strapless Bra for my upcoming wedding. I walked in with my teenager's twins girls and I was showing them around when I found Anastasia. She took the whole purchase experience to a new level, I always hated shopping for all kinds of clothes' but not anymore. Anastasia helped me choose the perfect Bra by taking my measurements and providing me with a few different styles. She also told me my exact Bra size, yes, I know I should know my size but I was told by the surgeon I am 36C now and yes I'm 36C on my breast but not under it, I'm actually a 34DD and it fits amazing, I ended up buying two Bra. Thank you Victoria Secrets and Thank you Anastasia for all your help. Hope to be back soon.
