Great customer service. They were very helpful! I extended my rental and got the cheapest fees possible. No rip off! Only minus is the car is kia forte, few scratches here and there and smells a little bad inside when i received it but that's just a minor flaw. Will rent again from budget car rental!
Worst experience ever. I made reservations two months ago for my vacation trip to Florida. I needed a vehicle that seated 7 people plus bag room. They told me when I made reservations to come the day of and any SUV we were able to choose from. So today is the day of my vacation and I get here at budget and now they telling me that I can't pick which vehicle I want. Now they telling me that my identity wasn't able to be verify. Perfect time to get this information. I rented a a $2000 home in Florida and because of budget on Route 17 Paramus New Jersey I have no way of making my vacation happen. Thank you Very Much!!!!!
Great staff, car availability never a problem. Clean reliable vehicles. Never had a problem with a return. Definitely my go to location.
I rented a car for 24 hrs. The young man who attended me when I went to turn it in, was rude and very passive aggressive. He said that I should have vacuumed the car before I turned it in, because crums in the back seat were unacceptable! Lol HE SURE DOESNT REMEMBER BEING A KID AND DOESN'T HAVE ANY! It wasn't very messy at all, I always pick up the trash, but for a 24 hr rental, I do not think anybody deep cleans a rental. Silly because they gave me a car that wasn't clean from the outside and that was stained from the inside. Next time I will go to ENTERPRISE-RENT-A-CAR! They always give great costumer servis.
What a great staff they have. Excellent customer service. The whole rental experience was great. For all my rental needs this will be the only place I go to from now on.
