Prices on some of the things I buy for dogs and cats are the lowest of the other stores in the Paramus NJ area. Store is clean and neat and staff are very helpful.
Called for a price on dog food. When given the price I asked for confirmation on the size I was looking for. Woman confirmed the price. Got to the store price wzs2not correct. Went to Customer svc. Cashier asked what did I want. I told her the food I was looking for, she said your the one who called, quoted me the wrong price again. I tell her that's the price of smaller size, she tells me they don't carry the smaller size. I bring her both items which were on the shelf across from cashier and visible to her. She said, oh I thought you wanted the smaller size. I remarked I asked her for confirmation on the size and price. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. Quite unsatisfied.
I've been coming here since it opened. The loyalty reward program has changed for the worse because the owner is cheap. Most of the staff is awesome and they price match without a hitch. The ladies on register, the two senior managers, and the gang in reptiles/ small animal are great!
First time at the store, wont be coming back or spending a dime there! Worst customer service ever! Very Nasty!
