The breakfast in the morning was more than enough to be satisfied with. They had different choices for breakfast.
It was a very nice and clean place. The only complaint I could have was that it felt really small, but it satisfied all my needs despite it's size which added to its homey-ness anyway. The service was really good too. The WiFi was kinda slow but I still was able to accomplish what I needed. Another problem could have been there were not enough breakfast options but other than that it is a very comfortable place to stay. The beds feel like clouds and it's clean.
The staff was incredible. We were in town for my grandmother's funeral and we were caught unaware by a forecasted snowstorm so we needed a hotel. We went to this hotel because it was closest to the Paramus Park mall and the staff gave us a "bereavement rate" for two rooms for Friday night into Saturday. They were lifesavers!
Great location for a temporary stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Adjacent restaurant serves pretty good fare.
The cleanliness is definitely a 5 star : Bead sheets clean, bathroom spotless, and beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.
There is nothing I can think of that would give them less than 5 stars. Definitely will come back if near the area.
They have a shuttle for anywhere within five miles which was helpful. Employees were helpful and nice, it’s aesthetic, and doesn’t use one-ply toilet paper.
It is also located right near a lot of shopping centers.
The service in this hotel is one of the best I have received. I was greeted well and given directions to what was needed when I got there.
