Always loved Teavana, but not going back. Avoiding the store and telling everyone about this horrible experience. So much for Zen experience!
Talk about poor customer service at Teavana Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ! Manager on duty Eric Shine rude and unprofessional. Refusing to honor my return of a gift to my mother, despite having receipt, unopened, and within time-frame.

Was great now VERY DISAPPOINTING although there was a lull in business at 5pm Saturday Nov 5, 2016, even by special request of the floor sales lady, the Manager insists I must order from their "special" menu board ! They still had to brew it and chill it but you can't order any of the 20 to 30 teas you like behind us. So no discount and limited selection because it "MIGHT BE BUSY THIS TIME OF YEAR" really ? I have plesantly spent over a few $100 bucks there over the last year also ordering tea by the cup . the crew was always pleasant and accommodating. BUT THIS IDEA OF TAKE WHAT WE FEEL LIKE BREWING OFF THE MENU AT FULL PRICE, WELL THANKS NO MORE I AM DONE WITH YOUR TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT ATTITUDE. make me wait FULL prices and minimal selection in spite of your available selections. ZERO STARS !
